All purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you are confident in your selection before completing your transaction.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement. To be eligible, you must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving your order, along with clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and replacements are not guaranteed.
